Chad Schapiro
Director of Pastor Strong Initiative
Chad holds a Doctor of Ministry degree along with business degrees and brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience. After transitioning info full-time ministry, he has helped plant churches, consult with congregations, and come alongside pastors and ministry leaders in the areas of holistic health - mind, body, and spirit.
Erica Schapiro
Doctor of Ministry, Counseling
Erica holds a Doctor of Ministry degree, and a counseling degree. With a background in foster case, youth and family support, she has a heart for helping couples through life's challenges and helping them build stronger, healthier relationships.
Beyond Ministry
Chad and Erica love cheering on their two daughters in sports and taking long walks together. They are excited to share their journey and insights to help couples grow in faith and in their relationship with one another.
